@ItDidntCatchFire Thanks again for the feedback! So, here when using command az webapp list-runtimes its not reflecting PHP 7.4 although its showing in portal.

Unfortunately CLI uses a hard-coded list right now, until we have the new API available that can be used via CLI.
This should be available with the upcoming CLI deployment https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/milestone/95
