Azure-docs: Should use azure/webapps-deploy@v2 instead of azure/webapps-container-deploy@v1

A yaml file in Deploy to an App Service container uses azure/webapps-container-deploy@v1 as an action, however the action is deprecated. So the yaml should use azure/webapps-deploy@v2 instead.
