Azure-docs: "https://jwt.ms" SSL certificate expire

developers can decode JWTs (JSON Web Tokens) using a site like jwt.ms.

Although it is described that this url(https://jwt.ms) is used, the SSL certificate of this url has expired on 06/09/2020.
