Azure-docs: Broken syntax reference example

The example reference in the Key Vault reference docs:
@Microsoft.KeyVault(SecretUri=https://myvault.vault.azure.net/secrets/mysecret/ec96f02080254f109c51a1f14cdb1931)

will not work when using with a real configuration value, since it is prepended with https://.

@Microsoft.KeyVault(SecretUri=myvault.vault.azure.net/secrets/mysecret/ec96f02080254f109c51a1f14cdb1931)
will work however.

@ebwinters This should be resolved by 61796. I'm going to close this as resolved but if there are any issues, just tag me in the reply and I'll reopen this to make sure that we resolve the syntax issue.
