Azure-docs: no _master key

There is no _master key in my functions. Should mention that it can be found under the main Azure Resource App keys section and not under the individual functions

Thanks @StephaneBischoff for letting us know about this. We seemed to have tweaked the portal UI a bit since this article was updated. (Frankly, it makes more sense this way.)
I'm making a fix now.
