Azure-docs: Redirection URL in CSV file of bulk invite guest is invalid

The CSV file template of bulk invite guest is set by default to "https://myapps.azure.com" which should be "https://myapps.microsoft.com"

@ibidani The product team has been notified and the template fix has been added to their backlog. Anyone completing this CSV template would want to use https://myapps.microsoft.com or https://myapplications.microsoft.com/.
