Azure-docs: Add quota/resource limit information to the "Restrictions" section

Hello!

While working with the Disk Encryption Sets, it was identified that the default per-subscription limit of Disk Encryption Sets is 50. If you try to deploy more than 50 sets, it will give you this error:

I have submitted feedback on the quota page (that is a separate GitHub issue), but thought it was strange that was omitted from this doc as well.

Could this page (and the Windows version as well) have something added about the default resource limit of 50?

I feel like this would fit under the section talking about Restrictions.

@nickmcmahan Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I checked with the product team and they say it's actually 50 per region per subscription. Accordingly, we've updated both articles to include this information. The changes will be live later today. :)
