In order to help this page to be self-standing it would be helpful to expand the acronym "BYOS" which is described in one of the paragraphs as an alternative to Customer Lockbox. I've had a quick look but cannot with confidence propose an expansion of "BYOS" Beyond the first three words being "Bring Your Own".
It would be helpful if the first use of "BYOS" is expanded so that the page content stand on it's own as a page about security and not need to hunt around for a definition of the acronym.

@alistairl I believe BYOS means "Bring Your Own Storage" in this context.
