Azure-docs: Learn More about MMA link on Azure Portal is broken

I got to this feedback document using the feedback link from the likely intended target page, as I did not see a place on that page to file such feedback.

The "Learn More about MMA" link as seen here:

Does not redirect properly to the _Log Analytics virtual machine extension for Windows_ page, as I am guessing it is likely supposed to do.

The link on the portal page is this: http://technet.microsoft.com/library/dn249912.aspx
Which redirects to a page not found error: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/dsc/overview?redirectedfrom=MSDN

I am guessing it should redirect to here, though I do not know if we have any means of looking up the technet library redirect links:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/extensions/oms-windows
