Azure-docs: ExpressRoute - Internet User Defined Route

0/0 UDR for internet traffic shouldn't be required if we are already using NVA's and NVAs can route traffic out to the internet without doing any inspection / filtering. This will allow central monitoring / logging for all ISE related traffic rather than having to route traffic out to the internet directly. Can we please get the document updated to make sure this is an optional configuration.
