Azure-docs: Can't verify the existence of some of the listed in "Tools and environments"

I can't verify that some of the listed in "Tools and environments" whether they are preinstalled. List them below.

• Intel MPI library
• Visual Studio Code
• Azure Machine Learning EDAT engine
• jupyterlab-git

In addition, I want you to include the version of each tool and the pre-installation Y/N in this document.

@damochiz, thanks for pointing this out. The document is no longer correct. The following are NOT on the compute instance:

• Visual Studio Code
• Azure Machine Learning EDAT engine
• jupyterlab-git

Intel MPI IS on the machine. You can find the version number in a terminal window with the command:
mpirun -V

Currently, we are in a doc freeze for our upcoming MS Build event. As soon as the freeze is removed, I will update the document.
