@cipher1729 Thank you for your inquiry but I am needing clarification of your question. Are you looking for a way to enable/disable this feature programmatically? The intent of this feature is so that you do not have to manually increase throughput at the container/database level. It is a set it and forget it configuration. Please provide more detail to better understand your question.

We will have ARM and Cosmos DB SDK support for this when we GA Autopilot with PowerShell and Azure CLI support very shortly afterwards.

Thank you the responses, I am looking for a way to
1) Create a collection inside a database with c# code that is enabled for auto scale (instead of it being a fixed throughput collection). So basically Cosmos DB SDK support
2) Any estimate on when this might be GA?
