Azure-docs: Databricks Runtime 6.0 is out of support

The docs state to always use Non-ML Runtime 6.0 (scala 2.11, spark 2.4.3), but this Runtime version is now out of support. Is there a newer Runtime version that can be used for the cluster configuration? If so, the docs should be updated.

Generally ml-core should work with the latest runtime. We are testing runtime version compatibility with auto-ml and will update the doc when that completes.
