Azure-docs: routerPrivateClusterIp set up

In the file explanation topic[1] says that this static IP must be within the CIDR block for the "master" subnet, but this way the installation crash with an IP out of range error, being necessary to use an IP within the CIDR block for the infra subnet as described correctly in "Private Clusters"[2] topic.
