Azure-docs: How to convert UUID based resource_id to MSAL scope

After reading the migration guide I still am missing an answer to a very basic question:

What is the proper way to prepare a resource ID on the form XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX as was used in ADAL to a valid scope for MSAL?
