Azure-docs: Maximum number of App Service Domains in a subscription

Hello. Do we have a limit on the number of App Service Domains that a subscription can keep? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. However, I didn't mean the limit of the custom domains per app. What I meant was the limit of the number of App Service Domains in a subscription.

Having an App Service Domain doesn't require associating it with an App Service. I can configure DNS records of it for any services including App Services.

App Service Domains are a kind of resources in Azure, so I was wondering if there's a limit, like other resources, for example, the limit of resource groups per subscription is 980. (It's documented here.)

@euyuil Thanks for the clarification! As mentioned in this doc. The current limit for purchasing domains in subscription is 20.

@SnehaAgrawal-MSFT Thank you for the investigation. I think it would be better if such information could be documented in a centralized place.

And one more related question: Is the number 20 a hard limit, or is it possible for someone to contact support to increase the limit? I came up with this question because from the doc I learnt that for some kinds of resources it's possible to increase the limit by requesting support tickets (for example).

@euyuil Yes, if You have reached the limit for purchasing domains on your subscription.
you may request an increase to the limit, by contacting Azure support.
