Hello, I would like to know why in the metadata for (name: value), it does not distinguish capital letters from lowercase letters? When training the knowledge base, they are lowercase.
please help. Thank you!

Hi Team, could you please check user's issue?

Kind regards,

@LizMoreno @ticianaciminari Thanks for bringing this up. The metadata is normalized to lowercase when it is saved, and there no way currently to preserve uppercase.

We will now proceed to close this thread. If there are further questions regarding this matter, please tag @RohitMungi-MSFT in your reply.

Hello @RohitMungi-MSFT

I need to keep the letters lowercase and uppercase together.
example: 聽asKLMghN
could they change it? Please

@LizMoreno Our development team has a backlog to support this feature but we do not have an ETA for its implementation. Unfortunately, in the current scenario all tags are stored in lower case letters.

Ok. Thank you
