Azure-docs: Is ”Resource Health alerts” already GA ?

I have a question about "Resource Health alerts".
This document says "Resource Health alerts currently are in preview.".
However, according to the site below, it looks like that Azure Monitor (Alert) and Azure Service Health have been already GA.
I think it means that "Resource Health alerts" is GA too. Is this correct?

Products available by region
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?products=monitor,service-health&regions=non-regional,japan-west,japan-east

If "Resource Health alerts" is GA, the information in this article is out of data.

I'd appreciate it if you could confirm it. Thanks.

Hi Team, could you please check the question from user?

@Mike-Ubezzi-MSFT - I think this issue was mislabeled. Shouldn't it go to resource health?

@nolavime , the English version of the abovementioned content shows you as one of the authors.can you assist with this or point us in the right direction?

@femsulu - can you remove azure-resource-manager from the label and add service-health?

resource health not GA yet.
