Azure-docs: IoT Hub landing page - Incorrect links

Hello Docs Team,
There is an issue on that page :

The _5 Minutes Quickstart_ table links are not in the proper column when there is no quickstart with cloud shell (see _Control a device_ for example).

As this page is YAML-based, I'm not sure what fix is more appropriate, that's why I opened an issue and not a PR.
