Azure-docs: Custom Translator SDK

Hello, is there a way to manage a workspace and a model using API, like in Custom Vision? We are going to automate the training with a web service that will automatically generate training documents (approved by service users) and we wonder if there is a way to upload documents and train models using API, without having to connect to the Custom Translator Portal

@ajakupov Custom Translator can also be programmatically accessed through a dedicated API (currently in preview). The API allows users to manage creating or updating training on a regular basis through their own app or webservice.
