Azure-docs: Metric Alerts supported by Microsoft.Web/sites (excluding functions)

The list of supported metrics for Microsoft.Web/sites includes "Average Response Time". The Azure portal allows a user to create an alert on a metric called "Response Time", but this metric is not listed on this page. Is this a documentation issue, or is there some reason not to adopt an alert on this metric?
