Azure-docs: Incorrect role name: DocumentDB Accounts Contributor

RBAC Role name "DocumentDB Accounts Contributor" is incorrect. In reviewing other docs, including the doc that links to, it is actually "DocumentDB Account Contributor". Note there is no letter "s" after Account.
