Azure-docs: Wrong configuration file

Documentation mentions the config.xml file, but the current script in GitHub uses the config.json file.

@urighi I will assign to the content author for further review since we mention config.xml multiple times in this doc and want to make sure if we update to .json we update everything as needed.

Still no update to documentation referencing the incorrect config file. There is another conflicting document on the github regarding the xml file that is not currently built into script. Incorrect and confusing documentation.

The correct file was the JSON file. I've updated the document and the changes should go live later today. #please-close
