Azure-docs: This java-specific page, as many others of its kind, are not child pages of the "java" node anymore

I agree, it does make it harder to find Java specific content. I'll reach out to the document author with this feedback.

Thanks for calling this out. There was some fairly significant restructuring to the table of contents within the past two weeks, but the only thing that was supposed to happen to the Application Insights content was that it would be moved to directly under the How-to section. We'll get this resolved today.

Just to close the loop on this one. Thanks again for reporting this, there were a bunch of other items in the TOC that were messed up from an error in a previous PR in addition to the Java content. The changes to fix everything were merged internally last night and will go-live in next two hours.
