Azure-docs: Remove unnecessary note

If you could please remove the following part, I doubled check with the engineering team that we don't need it anymore. it costs me a decent amount of time trying to apply it.

" Note

The application names must match the names of the JARS exactly for the provided configuration server to work properly."
