Azure-docs: No mention of prereq's

In one of the closed feedback items, someone from MS pointed out a different document page listing prerequisites.

As this page is linked to from the wizard, you really should put a list of prerequisites on top of the page.

A lot of people are innocently going to click on Password Writeback, thinking of self service password reset (which ALREADY exists in O365), not realizing it won't work. This will reduce confusion.
