Azure-docs: Support for Azure Gov
There are hard-coded domains in the validation code for URLs in both the JavaScript and Java in this plugin that prevent it from being used against an Azure Gov tenant (e.g. login.microsoftonline.com is valid but login.microsoftonline.us is invalid.) Please add the domain for Azure Gov to the validation.

@star-crossed We are working on the upload metadata file functionality in the plugin and in that we will allow this type of endpoint in the validation. The new plugin should be available early next year.

@star-crossed To provide an update here, we have started the work in this direction and made few changes in the plugin. Right now we are testing these changes in our staged environment. As soon as we are ready with all the testing we will release this plugin in Private mode with you first to provide us the feedback. Then we can make this change available largely to our customers.

@Ranner198 @star-crossed @ahwhitley @mandiaya We have published the new version of the JIRA and Confluence plugin and both these plugins now supports Azure AD US Gov Cloud offering.
Now you can also copy paste the Metadata content and you dont have to poke holes in security for fetching the metadata URL.
