@ahemavathy Thanks for reporting! I too can confirm the error. The root of the problem seems to because of an older API version that isn't support anymore for the data warehouse resource.

We are assigning this issue to the content author for further review.

Also, since the template is in a different repo, please feel free to open an issue there as well for the same.

@PramodValavala-MSFT Do we have any update on it? My project is facing the same issue, we tried to create SQL DataWarehosue using ARM templates in Azure portal but it hadn't created, it given same error. Please update me about this issue as resolve on following mail ids. In addition i am attaching error's screenshot.
