Not sure if this page is still being updated, but I found "Scala Jupyter Notebook" link is broken

@loomlike I tried the link -- it does land at a page which is not 404. Of course, the notebook has been archived, meaning that we are not updating it anymore.

The notebook did not show when I did it the first time, but was OK when I did a "refresh" in the browser. Try it yourself.

@YutongTie-MSFT this possible issue with refresh is an external site not controlled in our docs, and therefore would not be our issue

@marktab Hi Mark, the original one is broken and I have fixed it 2 hours ago, think it should be live soon
