Azure-docs: Size ratio duplication

Hello,
Just noticed that some of the size ratios are duplicated:
Standard_M32ls M-series fractional large/MS Series Fractional Tiny
Standard_H16 H-series
Standard_HB60rs HBS-series/ HBS-series

Why is this? How can I distinguish between them? How can I know which one to use?

@ksysiekj I have raised a PR to remove the duplicates, the changes will be reflected once the PR is approved.

I am checking with Ryan internally on the reason for closing the issue.
I am working with document author for fixing the duplicate related to "Standard_M32ls". The other two duplicates are fixed.
