I see L series in the doc:
Standard_L8s_v2 | 1
Standard_L16s_v2 | 2
Standard_L32s_v2 | 4
Standard_L48s_v2 | 6
Standard_L64s_v2 | 8
Standard_L80s_v2 | 10
Standard_L96s_v2 | 12

@yashesvi yes I can see the L size ratios but with the _v2 postfix; the problem is that the reservation API ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/billing/enterprise/billing-enterprise-api-reserved-instance-usage) returns skus for the L series without the _v2 postfix and i'm getting error in my application

Please check the CSV. v2 are also added there now. The table was getting hard to manage and consume with the long list of SKUs.
