Azure-docs: Windows Project Configuration docs out of date

Hi there, I was using this document to familiarize myself with push notifications on Windows phones, and I ran into an issue with the documentation.

On step number 6 under the subheader "Register your Windows app for push notifications with Windows Notification Service (WNS)", when navigating to the link specified by "Live Services site", I was given an error, telling me that the application no longer exists or is no longer associated with my account. I verified with other members of my organization that they are receiving a similar message when they attempt to follow the same steps, despite having navigated from the app I associated with the Microsoft store. The error information is as follows:

Error Info: Wed, 31 Jul 2019 20:58:20 GMT | AYg0p | 9OSRS

I also notice that the portal where the Application Secret and Package SID can be located has been deprecated and directs the user to the Azure portal. It's unclear to me how app registrations in the Azure portal correspond to the app the user associates with the Windows store in steps 1-4. How can I find my app's Application Secret and Package SID? Thanks in advance for the help!

As mentioned at the start of this doc, App Center is investing in new and integrated services central to mobile app development and it supports Push service for use.
