Azure-docs: Keep RBAC enabled

So, to make sure that RBAC stays enabled, should I add "ebleRBAC": true," to the template?

To be clear, my question is in regards to this note:

 Note

The template needs to be deployed in the same resource group as the cluster. If you omit any other properties or add-ons when using this template, it can result in their removal from the cluster. For example, enableRBAC.
