Azure-docs: REQUIRE_USER_MATCH in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\AzureMfa

Relating to issue #16683 it appears that the registry key no longer works in the most recent version. Tried rebooting the NPS service and the entire server itself.

@kman2123 did you try the suggestion in the comments? (changing the key to TRUE, rebooting, changing to FALSE, and then rebooting again)

I could not reproduce in my environment so am not sure why it would be ignoring it.

Hi just sent you an email. Was able to test just now and still no dice.

Not working for me either. I changed from TRUE, rebooted, FALSE, rebooted... etc. not working.

Still not working for me either. Is there any update on it ?
It is needed feature for migrating users to MFA!
