Azure-docs: Azure Bastion - Your deployment failed

Hi,

Trying to get the preview of Azure Bastion to work. While deploying I get the following error: "Your deployment failed".

Deployment started using the instructions here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bastion/bastion-create-host-portal and than the "Create a bastion host" part.

Registering the AzureRmProviderFeature was successful.

@mwijsman76 , The inner exception states it is because of intermittent issue. Can you try one more time and check if the deployment succeeds and update here?

@msrini-MSFT Deployed for the second time and now provision state is Succeeded. Is this a timing issue? Deployment was not finished?

@mwijsman76 , we are aware of this issue and the backend call gets timed out when the deployment was initiated. So, redeploy would fix the issue as of now. When the product is GA you will get better experience on deployment

Hello , I've the same poblem.. I received the same json but I've tried deploy four times and It doesnt work.

I'm seeing the same issue. I've tried 5-6 times this afternoon, all resulting in the same error: "The gateway deployment operation failed due to an intermittent error. Please try again."

I tried at least 10 times yesterday with the same result. Tried it again this morning with success on the first try.

I am getting this issue in East US today, probably tried about 15 times over the last couple of hours.

hello , it seems a azure problem...I tried the next day when I received the error and it worked without problem , so try again tomorrow... good luck

I am also getting this error in UAE east region I tried 5 times still it deployment is failing

Resolved. My issue was we had too many public ips allocated. This
deployement requires 2 public ips

I also get the same issue since MAY 2020 at westeurope region. I do not know how to resolve it as I ask the support and they do not respond to me at all.

It may be related to the pay as go plan host limitation or I should upgrade my azure plan ??
