when i run this command
az role assignment create --assignee <appId> --scope <acrId> --role acrpull
it given this error :
The request did not have a subscription or a valid tenant level resource provider.
How can i fix it ?

@cuongdnv I suspect that your acr id is wrong.
It should be in the below format.
/subscriptions/<subscription id>/resourceGroups/<resource group name>/providers/Microsoft.ContainerRegistry/registries/<registry name>
App id will be something like this e7596ae3-6864-4cb8-94fc-20164b1588a9
Can you verify those values and let me know
