Can we change the manifest directly through the App registration instead of using an HTTP PATCH graph call?

@bartvermeersch Yes, you can modify the manifest from Application Registration page. Go to Azure Active Directory > App registrations > Select "All apps" from the dropdown > click into the enterprise application that you have registered under that tenant. Select "Manifest" from Application registration blade.
