Azure-docs: Issue with configure low usage machine recommendations

Here in the article its mentioned that "Advisor monitors your virtual machine usage for 14 days" but in azure portal Advisor tab -> Cost Management -> Recommendations we wee a message "We've analyzed the usage patterns of your virtual machine over the past 7 days".

Kindly specify which is correct as I was informed 7 days one is correct.
