Azure-docs: Move image info to text
For localization and search purposes, please take the image from the comparison image and make an actual table in the document. Microsoft does not localize images so this important information is not available to international audiences. Thanks!

@SubhashVasarapu-MSFT the table was fixed, so just waiting on the image to be redone with white background instead of transparent so that it works on dark background.
