Azure-docs: Documentation is outdated - missing other scenarios with MSI and API Managemet

This documentation was not updated for almost two years. There are two alert/warning sections here that are not valid:

• MSI is available in Consumption tier of APIM as well.
• MSI can be used for KV access, but there is another great scenario where users can get MSI token in APIM policy code and use it accessing backend API and securing other external calls. See this article for more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/api-management/api-management-authentication-policies#ManagedIdentity
