Azure-docs: Doc on Azure Cosmos DB Core (SQL) API resource via ARM template does not have information about UDF,Stored procedures etc

There is no information on the deployment of User Defined Functions, Stored Procedures via ARM template in the provided doc. Kindly add it.

@sajeetharan Thanks for your feedback, I had a chat with Mark. Adding a note to the doc as UDFs, SPs and triggers are not yet supported with ARM template deployments.
