In the table, row #1 has Region(s) 1 and Replication mode Single or Multi-Master. What is Multi-Master replication mode when there is only one region?

It’s correct and we included it for comprehensive explanation.

Cosmos account type could be single-master or multi-master (it implicitly indicates the global replication mode).
Accounts today can be created as single master or multi master. In each of these you can add/remove regions (and could end up with 1 region). That’s what that row depicts.

@rjosephp I guess it's a bug, it should just be single. I will update the doc once I confirm with our team.
