Azure-docs: Document out of date; based on legacy app registrations, and I cannot grant access to the backend app - from the client app.

The following section is no longer relevant; https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/api-management/api-management-howto-protect-backend-with-aad#grant-permissions-in-azure-ad. First, this is now only available in legacy app registrations, and second, it does not allow you to select an API. After searching for the backend api, it appears, but it is greyed out (disabled).

@mjarmstrong Thanks again for pointing these out. We'll add "... (Legacy)" to all applicable occurrences for now so as to not create any further confusion but will also make larger update to reflect the current steps.
