@Sethu2488 , AFD doesn't support Web Sockets. Let me know if you have any further questions.

@msrini-MSFT this is an unfortunate limitation that is likely a non-starter for a lot of users. Is there a technical limitation for why AFD doesn't support WebSockets? Application gateway currently supports it, and is a very similar service from what i can tell.

@Sethu2488 et al. Please re-open this.

@msrini-MSFT if this is the case, this would be extremely damning to an Azure service offering considering the prevalence of SignalR.

AFD seems to be a great service with decent adoption but this would probably be a deal breaker. Is there any plans on the internal roadmap to get SignalR/websockets implemented in Azure Front Door?
