@undecided2013 yes you can use DNS service on prem. Are you seeing any issues?

No, I was about to start using it but was unsure as to whether I should. Thanks. I think overall, SF docs are fantastic but they would benefit from having an indicator/tag for 'Azure' and for 'On Prem' so that readers could easily know whether it applies to them or not. Thank you.
