Azure-docs: Tagging the trained models

I have a trained model with a set of hyperparameters associated with it. These hyperparameters are important while predicting the output. The logging service provided by the Azure is limited only to "during training run"s, how can I set up a mapping of the trained model to its hyperparameters once the training is done? If there is already a solution to tackle this situation, please guide me there.

@sleebapaul To enable tracking of your model data you can turn on logging of your workspace for deployed models. There is also an option to collect the model input data and predictions which can be analyzed using PowerBI and other visualization tools.
