I've evaluated different options like, ARM Templates, azcli and using the management.azure.com REST API. But for now it seems that the only available way to enable ATP is using the portal. Is this correct? And if so, is there an ETA on when other options will be available?

@hjlarrea Thank you for the inquiry and your interest in Azure cloud services. Advanced Threat Protection can be accessed and managed via the Azure portal and is currently in preview. With preview status, additional features and functionality might be rolled out at GA, such as PowerShell and AzureCLI functionality.
