Azure-docs: Should indicate that Emphemeral drive is always /dev/sdb

On the section "Temporary Disk", it should indicate that in every Linux VM the Ephemeral drive (temporary disk) is /dev/sdb

We can also add a note in this document since this document gives an intro about all the disk types.

Yep, it is mentioned in other docs, but if we can put it everywhere the Emphemeral disk topic is touched upon we can help avoid people using this disk for storing data. By having a clear note saying that /dev/sdb is always the ephemeral disk might help reduce the instance of people storing data there and then realizing it is gone.
