Azure-docs: Is ubuntu 17.10 still supported?

Based on this page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases 17.10 no longer supported by Canonical.
Do Microsoft support their apps in unsupported version of OS?

And a second question- what about support on ubuntu 18.10? May we use it?

we can remove 17.10 from the list. I just pushed the package to 18.10 repository, so cosmic should work now as well. I also updated the README on the core-tools repo. https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-core-tools/commit/08d1f36ce3dcf5d8974a51a142c6d2f8a7a58563
