Azure-docs: Reference to older AzureRM cmdlets should be updated

In the Tools and Utilities heading at the bottom of this documentation, there is a reference to Azure PowerShell Cmdlets for Storage. The link is to https://docs.microsoft.com/powershell/module/azure.storage. This should probably be to:
https://docs.microsoft.com//powershell/module/az.storage since the AZ module is now the right go to module.
